The arrangement of the right column is different for IE than for other browsers, but it's due not to an IE bug! rather it's because Mozilla just won't cooperate when the right col is neg margined out of its container. So IE uses Doug Livingstone's method of neg right margining the column out of the container, and others get a wider div.inner, and no neg margin on div.right.
